We've all been there: you're taking down that last Big Daddy in BioShock when you feel that evil eye cast down on your shoulder and pause the game to look up into the bored and annoyed face of your significant other. A common pitfall that many gamers may face while dating a person that isn’t a gamer. Try telling them the plot intricacies of the latest Final Fantasy game or about the ridiculously difficult final boss in Heavenly Sword and you’re likely to get a sigh, a shrug, and a subject change. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. You can turn gaming into an experience that you can share with your girlfriend (or boyfriend), regardless of their gaming experience. Here’s a list of ten games that are easy to get into and smashingly fun for couples:

 

Bomberman 93
Drop bombs, run, avoid bombs. It’s as simple as that, yet still incredibly fun and compelling.
Mario Kart 64
I can honestly say that I haven’t met anyone, gamer or non, who isn’t a fan of Mario Kart 64, which is arguably the strongest entry to the wildly popular racing franchise.
Dance Dance Revolution
Hopping around on the floor and getting sweaty to J-Pop and techno may seem a bit on the “embarrassingly nerdy” side, so why not bring your girl (or guy) into it with you?

Frankly....I think it's impossible to find someone who is the non-gaming type...but I totally agree with the list....

I pretty much agree with that list...Crash Bandicoot was always a fun one for all ages and genders even though its old.
